Certified Conference and Events Coordinator

The Conference and Events Coordinator program prepares individuals to plan, organize, and manage conferences, meetings, exhibitions, and special events. The role combines event logistics, hospitality, customer service, and business communication to deliver seamless and memorable experiences for participants and clients.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Assist in planning and scheduling events.
  • Prepare venues and facilities (lighting, sound, equipment).
  • Coordinate with suppliers and service providers.
  • Monitor registration and welcome participants.
  • Support the team in resolving issues during the event.

Admission Requirements

  • Applicants must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Completion of the AMJ admission application form.
  • High School Diploma, Higher Institute Diploma, or equivalent qualification.
  • Completion of specialized training programs is preferred.
  • Attendance of the online general orientation session at least 24 hours prior to registration.
  • Recommended: Basic English language skills (reading, writing, and speaking).
