  • Executive Lounge and Floor Operations: Support the operation and maintenance of executive lounges and executive-floor facilities, ensuring cleanliness, readiness, and compliance with hotel standards.
  • Quality and Guest Relations: Handle guest requests efficiently, coordinate with relevant hotel departments, and maintain service quality, confidentiality, and professionalism.
  • Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

    • Supervise the preparation and service of executive rooms.
    • Provide personalized guest services (Concierge & Butler Services).
    • Follow up on special guest requests and ensure prompt, professional execution.
    • Manage executive meeting rooms and ensure all requirements are met.
    • Coordinate with other departments to ensure a seamless and integrated guest experience.

    Admission Requirements

    • Applicants must be 18 years of age or older.
    • Completion of the AMJ admission application form.
    • High School Diploma, Higher Institute Diploma, or equivalent qualification.
    • Completion of specialized training programs is preferred.
    • Attendance of the online general orientation session at least 24 hours prior to registration.
    • Recommended: Basic English language skills (reading, writing, and speaking).
