  • Food and Beverage Service Operations: Prepare, serve, and present food and beverages in accordance with hospitality standards, ensuring a high-quality guest experience.
  • Quality, Hygiene, and Safety Compliance: Apply food safety, hygiene, sanitation, and service quality standards to ensure compliance with health and operational requirements.
  • Guest Service and Operational Support: Respond to guest needs professionally, process orders accurately, and coordinate with kitchen and service teams to ensure efficient operations and customer satisfaction.
  • Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

    • Prepare dining halls and restaurants to welcome guests.
    • Serve food and beverages in accordance with hotel service standards.
    • Assist chefs in preparing basic ingredients.
    • Adhere to food safety and hygiene procedures.

    Admission Requirements

    • Applicants must be 18 years of age or older.
    • Completion of the AMJ admission application form.
    • High School Diploma, Higher Institute Diploma, or equivalent qualification.
    • Completion of specialized training programs is preferred.
    • Attendance of the online general orientation session at least 24 hours prior to registration.
    • Recommended: Basic English language skills (reading, writing, and speaking).
