REFA, founded in 1924 as Reichsausschuss für Arbeitszeitermittlung (“Reich Committee for Working Time Determination”), is a pioneering organization in the analysis and optimization of work processes. It is recognized as Germany’s—and one of Europe’s—oldest and most established associations in the fields of work design, business organization, and process development.
